Brussels Augmented Reality

Within the framework of Cannes' MIPIM 2014, the Brussels Capital Region turned to us, trusting us with the significant task of creating an application in Augmented Reality that groups the city's real estate projects for the coming years.

DASMUSE decided to create scale models of a large part of Brussels' international development plans, as well as of the canal area, so as to offer visitors a fun, virtual immersion at the heart of the city's town planning project.

To enhance people's experience, we also created scale models of four exceptional buildings in Brussels, which we textured from top to bottom in order to create as realistic an effect as possible. The result is similar to an actual architectural tour through the centre of Brussels.

For this particular project, DASMUSE also created a website in fluid design, which makes it accessible to both mobiles (primarily Blackberry) and computers. The app is available for free in the Apple Store and on Android Market.
